Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

   • We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Return Process:

3. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges:

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Gift cards, sale items, and products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at HairSecretsPk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
